As Publicist of the iconic and trusted PEOPLE, PEOPLE En Español, and Entertainment Weekly brands, Paula Ngon generates widespread and impactful coverage for these leading entertainment brands’ print and digital content as well as their event franchises and has enjoyed every moment. At PEOPLE's parent company, Meredith Corporation, Paula also serves as Chair of :BLACKPRINT, the Black Employee Business Group. Her passion for diverse storytelling and positive representation of people of color in media and entertainment drives her desire to push for advancements in the industry.
Nawal Moustafa

As an experienced storyteller, digital marketer, and creator, Nawal Moustafa is dedicated to providing invaluable mentorship and collaborative opportunities for underrepresented communities. Driven by her experience as a mixed first-generation American, she takes pride in building a network that highlights diverse voices.

With almost 30 years of experience in the publishing industry as a photo editor, Tiffany has had the opportunity to work with brands that include, PEOPLE, NFL, IN TOUCH, SCHOLASTIC, TYSON CO., HANES, and more. Her 1st love will always be outreach within the Black community. For the past 3 years, Tiffany has served proudly as co-chair of :BLACKPRINT.
Adrienne Farr
Director, Editorial
Adrienne Farr has been in the publishing industry for more than a decade, working in the editorial departments of Rachel Ray Every Day, Reader’s Digest, Reminisce and Reminisce Extra. In her previous life she worked in advertising and television production. Currently, she is Executive Operations Coordinator, Writer and Editor for Parents and Parents Latina, Editorial Lead for :Blackprint, the Black employee affinity group for Meredith Corporation and columnist for Kindred. Adrienne is a single mom to her 5-year-old daughter and caretaker for her elderly mom. She is also a rapturous fan of old-school television.
Austin Bardes
Digital Creative Director
Experienced Designer in both Digital and Print mediums with a demonstrated history of working in the publishing industry. Skilled in Advertising, Design, Marketing, Strategy and Communications. Strong visual and creative professional with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Advertising Communications & Creative Design from St. John's University.
Aleena Qazi
Sr. Designer
During her 3 years at PEOPLE as a Senior Designer, Aleena designs interviews and special issues as well as directs product shoots for the weekly print magazine. As a first generation American, she loves :BLACKPRINT as an outlet to promote people of color. She hopes to continue endorsing inclusion and diversity in print media and across all platforms.
Elease Crump
Deputy Art Director
Elease Crump is a Deputy Art Director at People magazine where she designs weekly features as well as some of the brand’s notable franchises like People Black History Month Issue, People Beauty Awards, & People’s Sexiest Man Alive. Elease enjoys listening to podcasts like The Read and The Bodega Boys.

Nashia Baker is the associate digital editor at Martha Stewart Living and Weddings Magazines. She writes features on small business owners and creatives and covers all verticals for the brands, including celebrity news and wellness. Nashia is also an editorial leadership team member at :BLACKPRINT, and her articles on thought leaders and Hollywood's leading talent have appeared in PEOPLE, InStyle, and more.
Alexis Jones

Alexis Jones is a senior editor at Health magazine where she writes and edits across several sections, including The Share, Body and Mind, and Life. She enjoys reporting on mental health, racial and ethnic disparities in health care, and chronic conditions. She currently serves on the ASME NEXT Board of Directors. And her previous bylines include Women’s Health, Prevention, Marie Claire, and more. Alexis graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in English and media studies and has a master’s degree in journalism from Syracuse’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
